All flights have been cancelled at Berlin Airport
Berlin Brandenburg Airport announces the cancellation of all flights today, January 25, due to a trade union strike.
In total, about 300 flights were canceled, affecting more than 35,000 passengers. The trade union called for employees of ground transport services and flight safety services to join the strike.
It is noted that the German trade union Verdi demands a salary increase of 500 euros for employees whose contracts are concluded for a year. The employer can offer longer-term contacts while maintaining the current salary.
